What you will drive
- Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders in civil society, government, and legal profession across Southern Africa.
- Monitor regional legal and political developments to identify opportunities for strategic litigation and legislative reform.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of legal strategies, workshops, and technical assistance to eradicate discriminatory laws.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrated experience in legal or human rights policy work as a litigator, legislative drafter, or policy advisor in common law jurisdictions.
- Experience working in or on several jurisdictions within Southern Africa.
- Fluency in English with excellent writing, editorial, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to communicate sensitively with senior figures and marginalized communities.
