Mission
What you will drive
- Facilitate onboarding for new clients and assist existing clients with product and service requests.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and satisfaction, including a portfolio of new business targets and active accounts.
- Analyze client performance data to identify trends and design new processes to improve client onboarding, support, and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, SMS, and Strategic Services teams to ensure seamless client journeys.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience in political, nonprofit, or agency environments in digital communications, fundraising, operations, client success, or marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, writing, and editing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Project management experience and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
