Systems Advocacy Project Manager

• Coordinate the organization's criminal legal system, family court, and criminalized survivor programs and initiatives.
• Manage training, consultation, and support for domestic violence service providers and engage with state agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop materials and curricula related to criminal legal system, family court, and criminalized survivor issues.
• Coordinate grant program activities, ensure deliverables are met, and represent NYSCADV in committees and work groups.

This role directly supports the mission to end domestic violence by strengthening the capacity of service providers and advocating for systemic changes within the criminal legal and family court systems, ultimately improving safety and justice for survivors.

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in program/project management.
• Strong understanding of domestic violence services in New York and knowledge of criminal and family court systems.
• Experience designing and delivering virtual and in-person professional trainings.
• Experience managing grant programs, coordinating with funders, and creating grant reports.

Starting salary range $72,000-$75,000 commensurate with skills and experience. Excellent benefits including health, dental, retirement, and life insurance, and generous leave policies.
