Grants Manager

• Lead proposal development and submission, including drafting proposals, reports, and budgets.
• Manage grant tracking and documentation via Salesforce NPSP, ensuring excellent historical records.
• Identify new funding opportunities through prospecting tools and research.
• Support funder relations and coordinate site visits and communications.

This role directly supports the Safer Foundation's mission to help individuals with arrest and conviction records find and keep meaningful employment, thereby reducing recidivism and strengthening communities.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Social Work, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in fundraising/fund development.
• Experience with proposal writing as the lead.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
