What you will drive
- Support congregations through a nine-month training program to respond to Christian nationalism.
- Coach congregational leadership teams in conducting one-on-one campaigns and designing organizing plans.
- Facilitate monthly cohort meetings and participate in program sessions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in coaching or facilitating groups, preferably in a congregational or community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for one-on-one campaigns and team collaboration.
- Ability to commit to monthly meetings, coaching calls, and two in-person gatherings in Baltimore.
