Recruitment Manager

Own participant selection for a career transition program, using data to improve process efficiency and decision quality at scale.
- Lead end-to-end selection for the Impact Accelerator Program: manage applications, review recorded interviews, and make final placement decisions.
- Improve selection using past application data to identify which signals predict successful career transitions while keeping the process quick for applicants.
- Support HIP's own hiring rounds: screen candidates, manage test tasks, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants.
- Requires excellent judgment about people, strong attention to detail, and enthusiasm for using data and AI tools to refine recruitment processes.
- Beneficial: experience in recruitment, admissions, or high-volume selection; familiarity with AI-assisted screening or high-impact organizations.
