Job description

Two-level role scaling a nonprofit supporting professionals into high-impact careers: Chief of Staff executing top priorities, or Managing Director leading internal operations and team growth.
- Execute high-priority projects end-to-end and support the Executive Director's external work, research, and logistics.
- Own internal operations, team culture, and systems as the organization grows from 5 to 14 people (Managing Director level).
- Lead hiring rounds, strategy implementation, and board governance while adjusting priorities and processes (Managing Director level).
- Requires excellent organization, communication, judgment, and comfort with AI tools; experience leading teams or in similar generalist roles preferred.
- Fully remote with 3–5 annual in-person conferences and co-working sessions; ideally 2+ hours overlap with UK time 9am–6pm.
