Recruitment Associate

Support talent acquisition and hiring processes across multiple countries, coordinating recruitment activities and managing candidate communications.
- Assist with end-to-end hiring: job descriptions, posting openings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and interview coordination.
- Maintain recruitment data in applicant tracking systems; track metrics, analyse sourcing effectiveness, and identify process improvements.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, professional networks, and referrals; build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Requires 1–5 years professional experience and strong interest in candidate sourcing, Boolean search, and structured recruitment.
- Full professional English proficiency; fluency in French, Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese is a bonus.
