Job description

In this role, you'll own full-cycle hiring rounds end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality talent.
Source and attract candidates through proactive outreach and network building.
Coordinate interview schedules, conduct screening and interviews, manage test tasks, and handle reference checks and offers.
Lead team-wide recruiting projects, identify process improvements, and train hiring managers and newer team members.
Maintain candidate pipeline data and represent CEA externally at conferences and events.
