Job description

In this role, you'll design and deliver event programs for the effective altruism community.
Define event goals, build curated attendee lists, and develop compelling content and facilitation.
Manage end-to-end logistics including venues, vendors, platforms, budgets, and attendee experience.
Measure outcomes and iterate based on data and feedback to improve future programs.
Build and manage team members as your program grows.
