Job description

In this role, you'll own People Operations systems and processes for onboarding, contracts, expenses, and payroll administration.
Process tax filings, expense reimbursements, contracts, and payroll inputs across multiple jurisdictions.
Run onboarding and offboarding logistics including system setup, pre-clearance checks, and access management.
Build HR workflows using automation and AI for contract drafting, compliance calendars, and metrics dashboards.
Maintain accurate HRIS data in Humaans, keep the staff handbook current, and produce monthly HR reporting.
