Job description
Recruiting coordinator role managing hiring workflows, candidate scheduling, and new hire onboarding operations for a growing AI safety research non-profit.
- Own end-to-end recruiting coordination including job postings, Ashby setup and automation, interview scheduling, work trial logistics, and onsite visit coordination.
- Manage contracting processes for work trials and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support new hire onboarding operations: schedule meetings, procure equipment, create info sheets, set up Slack channels, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain and improve recruiting and onboarding templates, toolkits, and process documentation.
- Requires 1–3 years recruiting or people operations experience; Ashby proficiency, strong calendar management across time zones, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
