Recruiter

Core responsibilities:

• Design and deploy sourcing strategies, screen, and assess candidates for open positions at all levels with different business focuses
• Manage full life cycle recruitment process including creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the entire offer process
• Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent, and nurture future hires to build a strong pipeline
• Provide direction and oversight, partner with HR generalist, and manage hiring manager expectations to improve interviewing capabilities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2+ years of recruitment experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Effective communication skills and strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, high-energy and passion, and demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals
