Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the design and development of advanced Private Grid control systems for hyperscale and AI data center campuses.
- Define control philosophy for grid-connected, islanded, black-start, and resynchronization modes, ensuring mission-critical reliability.
- Develop coordinated control strategies for utility interconnection, on-site generation, BESS, renewables, and UPS infrastructure.
- Design hierarchical control architectures including plant-level controllers, PPC, EMS, and supervisory systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in power system controls, Private Grids, and power generation.
- Expertise in synchronous generators, inverter-based resources, BESS, and dynamic system behavior.
- Experience with industrial control platforms, PLCs, SCADA, EMS, and communication protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3).
