Project Manager

Senior project manager coordinating complex, multi-country digital health and health information system projects from design through implementation.
- Act as trusted advisor to clients and partners, identifying needs, shaping solutions, and defining roadmaps in coordination with country managers and technical leads.
- Monitor projects from design to completion, managing budgets, donor reporting, contractual obligations, and quality of deliverables in collaboration with technical teams.
- Navigate complex institutional environments, engaging effectively with ministries, donors, and multiple stakeholders with overlapping roles.
- Develop strong understanding of Bluesquare's technical solutions (DHIS2, Iaso, OpenHexa, BI tools) and coordinate with technical teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Participate in functional testing, validation, and continuous assessment of progress to ensure alignment between client needs and technical solutions.
- Requires 8–10 years of professional experience in large international development or global health projects, with demonstrated experience managing medium to large projects in multicultural environments.
- Requires fluency in French and English (C1 level minimum), knowledge of DHIS2, GIS, and data management.
- Contract duration 6 months to start with possibility of extension; start date September 2026; willing to travel regularly (at least 2–3 times per year) to implementation countries.
