Programme Manager

• Manage end-to-end programme delivery across technology, editorial, products, sales, marketing, events and operations, ensuring strategic alignment with organisational goals.
• Lead programme governance meetings, present to steering committees, and drive adoption of consistent standards and tools.
• Own programme budgets, maintain rigorous RAID register, and manage resource demand and capacity.
• Drive benefits realisation, organisational change, and AI-augmented delivery across the programme.

This role drives business transformation and operational efficiency, enabling the organisation to better serve its clients and stakeholders through improved technology and processes.

• Strong background in PRA, Finance or Information Services sector, ideally within a mid-market private equity-backed business.
• Proven experience in programme management, including end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with financial management (CapEx/OpEx), risk management, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and ability to champion AI-augmented ways of working.
