Digital Delivery Lead – PMIS & Program Controls

• Provide senior-level oversight and direction for program controls across large, multi-project environments.
• Partner with executive leadership to align cost, schedule, risk, and performance with program objectives.
• Lead PMIS platform leadership and administration, including planning, configuration, deployment, and integration of enterprise PMIS platforms.
• Establish and oversee program controls business processes across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.

This role shapes how major transportation, water, and aviation programs are governed, driving accountability, efficiency, and long-term value for communities and infrastructure.

• Seasoned program controls leader with experience in large, complex programs.
• Expertise in PMIS platforms such as InEight, Procore, Kahua, Oracle Primavera Unifier, and e-Builder.
• Strong understanding of cost, schedule, risk, and performance management.
• Experience with BIM and 4D planning/modeling tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley SYNCHRO.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
