Proposal Manager and Federal Civilian Proposal Team Lead

• Lead and manage large, complex federal proposal pursuits from capture through interview, ensuring compliant, high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including pre-positioning, RFQ/RFP responses, and shortlist interviews.
• Foster a culture of communication and collaboration, mentoring and coaching proposal team members to drive cross-skilling and upskilling.
• Monitor must-win pursuits, facilitate color team reviews, and apply lessons learned to improve proposal quality.

• Proven experience as a Proposal Manager in the federal market, with a track record of leading complex, must-win pursuits.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience crafting executive summaries and non-technical proposal sections.
• Deep understanding of federal proposal processes, including capture planning, compliance, and color team reviews.
