Investment Associate

• Manage deal flow, maintain CRM, and prepare screening notes on prospective investments.
• Conduct commercial and financial due diligence, build financial models, and prepare Investment Committee materials.
• Manage portfolio and LP reporting, including data collection and reporting inputs.
• Support fund operations, compliance, records management, and investor materials.

This role directly supports a venture fund that backs technology companies solving critical social and environmental challenges, enabling capital to flow to impactful solutions in health, financial resilience, and climate.

• At least 3 years' relevant experience in investment analysis, venture capital, corporate finance, impact investment, or fund operations.
• Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills, with ability to analyze early-stage company financials.
• Proven experience in commercial, financial, or investment due diligence.
• Strong process management, attention to detail, and ability to produce clear written materials.

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience. Benefits include pension, family-friendly policies, and flexible working. Largely remote with occasional London meetings.
