Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage data infrastructure (Airtable CRM) and support team-wide systems and workflows.
  • Own end-to-end logistics for NYC dinners and support materials production for events and convenings.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments; manage shared inboxes and office supplies.
  • Provide coordination support for Fellowship recruitment, onboarding, and program communications.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and 1โ€“3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; clear professional communicator.
  • Comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office required; Airtable, Cvent, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey a plus).
