Mission
What you will drive
- Manage data infrastructure (Airtable CRM) and support team-wide systems and workflows.
- Own end-to-end logistics for NYC dinners and support materials production for events and convenings.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments; manage shared inboxes and office supplies.
- Provide coordination support for Fellowship recruitment, onboarding, and program communications.

- Bachelorโs degree and 1โ3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; clear professional communicator.
- Comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office required; Airtable, Cvent, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey a plus).
