What you will drive
- In this role, you'll build and lead workshop programs helping talented people pursue careers in AI safety and biosecurity.
- Own the full lifecycle of your programs, from strategy and outreach to design and delivery.
- Build relationships with field experts and recruit high-quality guests to enhance workshop quality.
- Lead workshops in person, direct program teams, and manage participant recruitment and experience.
- Measure participant outcomes, gather feedback, and iteratively improve or discontinue programs.
