Role details
Lead a spices program in Chhattisgarh to eliminate lead poisoning through government collaboration, industry engagement, and research.
- Serve as primary liaison with state government on lead regulation implementation and coordinate with allied agencies.
- Conduct spice studies, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform program strategy and evidence-based decisions.
- Engage spice industry stakeholders to encourage lead elimination and understand economic drivers of lead use.
- Develop media campaigns and build coalitions with NGOs and civil society to drive behavior change.
- Manage Program Associates or consultants, providing guidance and fostering high-performance culture.
