Program Manager

• Manage end-to-end delivery of programs and convenings, translating leadership direction into actionable plans.
• Scope new programs from concept to plan, establishing timelines, budgets, teams, and project management infrastructure.
• Lead execution of small workshops (30–75 participants), owning venue selection, partner coordination, and post-event reporting.
• Support flagship event delivery including UN General Assembly convenings, coordinating workstreams and contractors.

This role directly supports AI safety initiatives by organizing convenings and programs that bring together key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and progress in AI governance and safety.

• Proven experience in program or event management, preferably in a global or distributed team context.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams and contractors.
• Willingness to travel internationally for event delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for partner and stakeholder engagement.
