Engineering Manager, Red Team

• In this role, you'll lead engineering to build scalable red-teaming systems for testing frontier AI model safeguards.
• Build and scale red-teaming tools, agentic systems, and evaluation frameworks to accelerate security findings.
• Manage and mentor a growing engineering team with high standards for velocity and impact.
