What you will drive
- In this role, you'll lead a new Incubator programme supporting founders launching European AI governance initiatives.
- Recruit and vet exceptional participants to identify talented founders aligned with programme goals.
- Run hypothesis-testing cycles to iterate programme design based on evidence and participant feedback.
- Facilitate workshops, design co-founder matching, and support participants through project strategy and development.
- Track participant impact, define success metrics, and build relationships with mentors and funders.
