Operations Lead

• In this role, you'll own operational delivery for multiple mission-driven client organizations, personally executing compliance, HR, finance, and governance functions.
• Manage client engagements independently by scoping work, sequencing tasks, hitting deadlines, and delivering high-quality output with minimal review.
• Execute financial management and accounting work directly or oversee Operational Associates to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Build operational systems, tools, and SOPs that create repeatable processes across client organizations.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact, proactively surfacing risks and communicating solutions.
