About This Role
As an Operations Lead, you'll be the backbone of multiple mission-driven clients, owning their compliance, HR, finance, and governance functions. You'll work independently, scoping and executing projects, building systems, and mentoring associates, all while ensuring high-quality delivery. 💡 A Day in the Life
Your day starts by checking in on your client projects via Slack and project management tools, then you might dive into a financial reconciliation for one client, followed by a video call with another to discuss their HR compliance needs. In the afternoon, you'll work on building a new SOP for a client's onboarding process, and perhaps review an associate's work. You'll end the day by updating project timelines and flagging any risks to clients, all from your home office.
