Program Coordinator *REMOTE*

• Oversee chapter programs including overnight summer camp and year-round programs for 6-8 chapters, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to organizational standards.
• Lead and support college student leaders through virtual meetings, training, and guidance to achieve fundraising and camper goals.
• Manage administrative tasks including data tracking in Salesforce, Classy, and Hive, and ensure compliance with state laws and licensing.

This role directly supports children impacted by a parent's cancer by ensuring the successful delivery of camp and year-round programs, fostering a lasting community and emotional support.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 1 year out of school preferred.
• Experience in camp/youth development, volunteer management, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to inspire and lead college student volunteers.
• Proficiency with Google Drive Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems; experience with Salesforce or similar databases a plus.

Full-time remote position with laptop and cell phone provided. All approved work-related travel expenses covered. Opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fun, energetic national movement.
