Program Associate, Strategic Impact Evaluation and Learning

Support research fund coordination, project development, and communications for a six-year UK-IPA partnership strengthening evidence use in global development.
- Coordinate competitive funding processes, track grant portfolios, manage Salesforce records, and ensure donor compliance reporting.
- Develop projects by conducting outreach, liaising with internal teams, and matchmaking between FCDO, researchers, and country offices.
- Organize dissemination activities, prepare materials for research uptake and capacity-strengthening sessions, and maintain project documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, political science, public policy, or related field plus 2+ years in project or research management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency in Excel and Salesforce preferred.
