Principal Manager, New Program Development

Lead development of early-stage health interventions from research concept through field testing to scalable programs.
- Own portfolio of candidate programs; drive through stage-gate process, deciding what advances, reshapes, or exits.
- Assess evidence rigorously: effect sizes, external validity, gaps, and contradictions; model cost-effectiveness under uncertainty.
- Design and execute field activities—scoping, formative research, pilots—to inform go/no-go decisions.
- Build investment cases and align researchers, implementers, governments, and donors; independently lead partner conversations.
- Requires 5+ years in global health program development, evidence evaluation, or related analytical roles.
