Mission
What you will drive
- Supervise and mentor members of the Policy & Research team, supporting their professional growth and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Drive team operational performance through project management, budget administration, and adherence to organizational procedures.
- Co-develop research projects, policy guidance, and tools to advance knowledge and advocacy on fines and fees reform.
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to stakeholders and represent FFJC at conferences and media engagements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least five years of professional experience in public policy research, analysis, or formulation, preferably in criminal legal or justice system reform.
- Master's degree in public policy or related field (or JD, or two extra years of relevant experience).
- At least three years of experience supervising professionals, with a desire to mentor staff.
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis, and ability to translate numbers into policy messaging.
