Grants Manager

• Secure, sustain, and grow grant revenue by developing and executing strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward private and public funding.
• Write, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals and reports, ensuring guideline compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the full donor cycle from prospect identification to stewardship, maintaining strong relationships with funders.
• Coordinate with finance and program staff to develop grant budgets, track outcomes, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

This role directly supports survivors of domestic violence by securing critical funding for comprehensive services, including crisis intervention, shelter, and bilingual support, helping to end domestic violence in the moment and for all time.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of primary responsibility for writing and managing foundation and/or government grants.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of securing grant funding and maintaining funder engagement.
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and grant databases such as Instrumentl and Bloomerang.
