Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

• Support grants management, financial forecasting, and budget administration for NDWA, serving as a liaison between Finance and Development.
• Assist with quarterly forecasts, budget variance analysis, and multi-year financial models to support strategic planning.
• Prepare journal entries for grant-related expenses, monthly variance reports, and lead quarterly check-in meetings with budget managers.
• Serve as support architect of the in-house budgeting and reporting tool, continuously improving its efficiency.

This role ensures that NDWA's financial resources are managed effectively and transparently, enabling the organization to continue its mission of securing dignity, respect, and fair labor standards for domestic workers across the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent coursework and experience).
• 1-2 years of nonprofit financial management experience, with extensive grant management, budget planning, and financial compliance for 501(c)(3) organizations.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit audit requirements, and financial reporting for funders.
• Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions), Financial Edge, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.

Salary: $75,377–$78,820. Remote (U.S.-based) position with flexible work arrangements. Exempt, full-time role. Reports to Director of Finance.
