Mission
What you will drive
- Analyze the humanitarian environment and define HI positions on the Palestinian crisis.
- Develop and update advocacy strategies and action plans at national, regional, and international levels.
- Ensure advocacy is based on reliable evidence and data, and organize effective influence and outreach to key decision-makers and networks.
- Contribute to internal communication, fundraising, and emergency preparedness actions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in International Law, International Relations, Political Science, or equivalent, with significant experience.
- 5 years of experience including 3 years in emergency settings (field experience).
- Experience in context analysis, policy development, advocacy work, and networking at high levels.
- Fluent knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

What's in it for you
7-month international contract starting ASAP. Salary from 2757โฌ gross/month upon experience. Perdiem: 640โฌ net/month (Amman) or 887โฌ (Gaza). Hardship allowance: 500โฌ net/month (Gaza only). Paid leaves: 25 days per year. R&R: 1 day/month (Amman) or specific (Gaza). Housing: collective taken in charge by HI. Social cover includes unemployment insurance (EU nationals), pension, medical coverage (50% employee contribution), and repatriation insurance.
