Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, assess, and close new opportunities with organizations, institutions, and individuals.
- Lead fundraising and institutional funding efforts, including grant research, proposal development, and donor engagement.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring alignment with INARA's goals and impact metrics.
- Conduct market research and industry engagement to position INARA as a thought leader in the humanitarian sector.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in International Development, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in partnerships, fundraising, donor relations, or business development.
- Proven experience securing institutional funding from donors such as UN agencies, USAID, FCDO/DFID, EU, ECHO, or foundations.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills, including proposal writing and donor correspondence.
