Partnerships Manager

Build and sustain locally led animal advocacy communities and partnerships across African priority regions to strengthen talent recruitment and programme support.
- Identify and recruit local leaders to establish Effective Animal Advocacy groups; support group leads on outreach, community building, and messaging adaptation.
- Build partnerships with universities, professional associations, and recruitment channels; coordinate on-the-ground logistics for in-depth programmes.
- Conduct due diligence and local intelligence gathering through farm visits and stakeholder interviews with group leads.
- Requires experience building communities or partnerships across multiple countries and strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Based in Africa with deep understanding of priority regions (Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, Northern Africa, South Africa); ability to travel several weeks annually.
