Partnerships Lead

Bridge AIAF's technical AI alignment research to funders and collaborators through relationship-building and grant development.
- Build and maintain relationships with AI safety researchers, grantmakers, and potential collaborators; communicate research progress and impact.
- Write grant proposals for research and government work in collaboration with other AI safety organizations.
- Identify funding opportunities and promising conversations; translate them into research collaborations and sustained partnerships.
- Requires deep familiarity with AI safety ecosystem and existing community relationships; strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Requires technical fluency to engage with alignment research and read papers; high agency and independent judgment essential.

The AI Alignment Foundation is a nonprofit accelerating neglected approaches to AI alignment. They fund original researchers and accelerate their work by pairing them with dedicated engineering teams and compute resources.
