Partnership

As a partner, you will:

• Collaborate on the management of the organization, including administration, programs, and projects.
• Help secure funding, build networks, and establish partnerships with international organizations.
• Support the establishment of a recreation center with practical skilling, community programs, and sports facilities.

This role will directly empower disadvantaged youth and single mothers in Uganda by developing sports talent and creating income-generating opportunities, thereby fighting poverty and building community resilience.

• Mature, independent, professional, and passionate about grassroots community-based organizations in Africa.
• Experienced in CBO establishment, fundraising, networking, and building partnerships.
• Right attitude and willingness to serve as an executive member (patron or godparent).

This is a volunteer/partnership role with no salary mentioned. The position offers the opportunity to shape a grassroots organization and make a tangible impact in Uganda.

Swift Sports Organisation is a community-based organization in Uganda that uses sports (netball, football, rugby) to discover and develop talent among disadvantaged groups, including orphans, single mothers, and school-dropout girls, aiming to fight poverty and create sustainable livelihoods.
