What you will drive

  • Lead the administration of ROC USA's $38.1M PRICE grant from HUD, ensuring compliance and proper use of funds.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the grant, including subrecipient agreements, reporting, and closeout.
  • Coordinate across three activity areas: infrastructure improvement, infill housing, and community acquisition.
  • Lead future PRICE grant applications and partnerships with state and local entities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, nonprofit management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing federal grants, with at least 3 years working directly with HUD programs (e.g., CDBG, HOME).
  • Strong knowledge of federal regulations, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
