Program Director/Manager, PRICE Grant Program

• Lead the administration of ROC USA's $38.1M PRICE grant from HUD, ensuring compliance and proper use of funds.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the grant, including subrecipient agreements, reporting, and closeout.
• Coordinate across three activity areas: infrastructure improvement, infill housing, and community acquisition.
• Lead future PRICE grant applications and partnerships with state and local entities.

This role ensures that federal funding is effectively deployed to preserve and expand affordable manufactured housing, protecting low- and moderate-income homeowners from displacement and building long-term wealth through resident-owned communities.

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing federal grants, with at least 3 years working directly with HUD programs (e.g., CDBG, HOME).
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Salary range: $80,000-$115,000 per year. Benefits include comprehensive health plan (medical, dental, vision), FSA, vacation time, and 3% retirement match. Remote work option available.
