What you will drive

  • Manage strategic delivery of the multi-country FCDO SCALE project focused on scaling effective education interventions.
  • Lead design, content, and delivery of MEL activities to inform scaling decisions and address evidence gaps.
  • Manage project finances, ensuring high-quality outputs delivered at or under budget.
  • Contribute to new business development and external relationship management.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Master's degree in international public policy, development economics, or related field with quantitative coursework.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in M&E, education policy, program management, or consulting.
  • Experience designing and managing evidence, learning, monitoring, and evaluation strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
