Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the execution of a portfolio of impactful advisory engagements, serving as key point of contact for clients and managing project teams to develop tailor-made MEL and evidence solutions.
- Contribute to new business development and external relationship management, including proposal development and representing the unit at conferences.
- Contribute to IPA and Right-Fit Evidence Unit strategy and team development, including managing advisors and strengthening internal systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Master's degree in international public policy, development economics, or related field with quantitative coursework; MBA also welcome.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, M&E, policy, or program management.
- Experience in designing and managing evidence, learning, monitoring, and evaluation strategies; qualitative data collection and analysis; and project or program evaluation.
- Project and people management experience; strong analytical, quantitative, and client-facing communication skills.
