Mission
What you will drive
- Design and deliver a practice-oriented OSINT training program focused on operational security, advanced search techniques, and collection/preservation of digital open-source evidence.
- Develop an OSINT Protocol consolidating GRC's existing methodologies to ensure best-practice collection, preservation, verification, and analysis of open-source information for accountability purposes.
- Tailor the OSINT Protocol to the Iraqi context and create supporting guidance materials, templates, and resources.
- Provide follow-up advice and technical guidance on OSINT-related questions during training and protocol adaptation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of relevant experience with open-source investigations and research.
- Bachelor of law or related field (e.g., journalism, politics, public policy) mandatory; advanced studies in public international law desirable.
- Technical understanding of a broad range of OSINT tools and techniques, including social media analysis and satellite imagery.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering OSINT training programs, including on evidentiary standards for legal proceedings.
