Organizing Director

• In this role, you'll build a nationwide organizing program to convert public concern into grassroots political action on AI.
• Design organizing infrastructure with recruitment pipelines, leadership ladders, and training programs.
• Build mass mobilizations, events, lobby days, and rapid-response campaigns.
• Identify, train, and develop volunteer leaders in key states and districts.
• Set strategy, hire field staff, and coordinate with political teams.
