Job description
Manage operations, finance, HR, compliance, and technology systems for a remote animal advocacy nonprofit.
- Project-manage recruitment, HR systems, onboarding, and employee programs; supervise Operations Coordinator.
- Handle financial workflows: bookkeeping liaison, invoicing, budgeting, payroll, and contributor royalty reports.
- Maintain corporate compliance, contracts, trademarks, and organizational policies; manage general inbox.
- Track KPIs and strategic plans; create reports and dashboards for grants and organizational needs.
- Requires 5+ years managing financial workflows and Canadian accounting; advanced Google Workspace and Asana proficiency.
