Operations Manager

• Oversee MAMA's daily operations and manage workflow improvements to increase organizational efficiency.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, benefits administration, and financial reporting.
• Draft and manage employee and contractor agreements, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support grant compliance and development by tracking donations and managing grant portals.

This role ensures MAMA can efficiently scale its operations to combat childhood screen addiction, supporting families and advocating for safer technology products.

• 6+ years of professional experience in operations, administration, or finance.
• Proven track record managing complex workflows and handling sensitive financial and HR data.
• Experience thriving in scrappy startups, small agencies, or lean nonprofit environments.
• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping/financial tracking systems and project management tools.

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid time off; health, dental, vision, and a generous holiday closure calendar.
