What you will drive
- Oversee financial operations, UK charity compliance, systems management, and donor relations.
- Maintain financial bookkeeping, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with UK regulations and audit requirements.
- Manage Notion workspaces, support team tool troubleshooting, and identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
- Build and maintain donor relationships, manage databases, develop email campaigns, and prepare quarterly reports.
