Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee Communications and Development teams, managing Advancement Directors and setting strategy, vision, and priorities.
- Drive a multi-year Advancement vision to grow support for ALDF's mission and strategic plan.
- Lead design and implementation of advancement structures, systems, and processes, including CRM migration.
- Serve on Senior Leadership Team, contributing to organizational strategy and representing Advancement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in strategic development and/or communications in a nonprofit setting.
- 5+ years in a formal people leadership or executive role with inclusive leadership track record.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; commitment to animal protection mission.
