Mission
What you will drive
- Own day-to-day digital operations, ensuring campaigns, investigations, and fundraising initiatives are accurately reflected across website, email, SMS, and other platforms.
- Manage digital projects from concept to completion, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
- Build, edit, and maintain emails, petitions, landing pages, donation forms, and advocacy assets; test and troubleshoot before launch.
- Pull and report digital metrics from platforms like Engaging Networks, Tatango, and website analytics to improve performance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, digital fundraising, advocacy, campaign operations, or nonprofit digital programs.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple platforms, vendors, and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience building and managing petitions, landing pages, donation forms, email/SMS campaigns, or similar digital assets.
- Experience with Engaging Networks or comparable CRM/platform strongly preferred; familiarity with SMS platforms like Tatango a plus.
