Operational Excellence & Client Delivery Consultant (US or UK/Full or Part Time Considered)

• Serve as the CEO's number two, holding an end-to-end view of engagements, priorities, capacity, and risks, and deputizing in client and internal settings.
• Act as a fractional operations manager for direct service clients, designing and implementing operational processes and systems that enable clients to scale their impact.
• Manage and track multiple concurrent client engagements, coordinating activity across the PEPR team, and strengthening internal delivery systems.
• Support PEPR's internal operations and programs, including the Elevate program and the Animal Advocacy Ops Collective, and help build the operations function as the organization scales.

This role directly strengthens the operational capacity of high-impact organizations in the farmed animal advocacy movement, enabling them to scale their impact and deliver lasting change for animals.

• Experienced operations, delivery, or project management professional with a track record as a natural number two supporting senior leaders.
• Highly organized and structured, with the ability to bring calm clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience across multiple operational functions (general operations, compliance, HR, finance, systems) and familiarity with nonprofit or advocacy organizations, particularly US 501(c)(3) compliance.
• Motivated by the farmed animal advocacy movement or broader social impact sector, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset.
