Salesforce Administrator & Developer

• Lead the administration, development, and ongoing innovation of Animal Equality's Salesforce instances, driving organizational growth through actionable data and streamlined processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including volunteer management features, supporter-facing portals, and campaign tracking tools.
• Manage the onboarding of international offices, ensuring consistent architecture and adoption across regions.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, scope custom builds, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

This role directly supports Animal Equality's mission to end cruelty to farmed animals by enabling efficient data management, streamlined operations, and scalable supporter engagement through Salesforce, ultimately amplifying the organization's advocacy and outreach efforts.

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience building custom integrations between Salesforce and WordPress via APIs (REST/SOAP).
